How to Claim

1. Purchase and take delivery of a participating LG TV from a New Zealand participating retailer between 17 October 2009 (42LH90QD & 47LH90QD only) or 1 November 2009 and 31 December 2009.

2. Register your purchase within 14 days by visiting www.lgpromo.co.nz and completing the online form.

3. Supply your full credit card details authorising LG to deduct $49.00 for postage and handling.

4. Within 14 days of online registration, print the registration claim form and attach a copy of the receipt (showing customer, store and product details and showing that customer has paid in full) and the serial number cut from the box and send to LG Twice As Good Promo, PO Box 98 956, South Auckland Mail Centre, Auckland.

5. Regularly check your supplied email address for updates on your claim and delivery of the Bonus TV.
